I get to travel around quite a lot with my job. And I love it! I love seeing the world and new places and just opening my mind to what’s out there. I guess I am lucky cos being a dancer, I can pretty much get work in a lot of fun, hot climates and I love it! But I have to admit that it can get lonely sometimes which is why my DVD player is my BBF while I’m out and about on my travels! I mean, I like TV but watching TV in foreign countries can sometimes make you feel even further away from home, which is why portable DVD player is absolutely essential.
And watching all the shows I watch back home is great cos it makes you feel at home, gives you something familiar to relate to. I also like to watch other series from different countries to see what they’re into, is such a cool cool way of learning about other people’s culture! And I know life is not based on TV, but Tv is kinda based on life, right?? Might not be totally accurate but is a good starting point – especially in a foreign country! Will not be giving up my DVD player soon at all!
