All the male and female deities were affiliated with this traditional ceremony comprising of such music and dancing. In its retentive journey, Greek music adopted several contents from the roman culture, music and tradition. Few of them were Byzantium and renaissance.

Both of them belonged to island of Lonian which was far nearer to the Italy and hence some Italian culture has also been incorporated in the playlist of Greek music.
